The History of AOA's Property Management Software
For almost 40 years, the Apartment Owners Association of California has provided California apartment owners with low cost, full service landlording resources. It has since grown to become one of the largest individually organized groups of apartment owners in the United States.
At AOA, we wanted to streamline the landlording experience in order to save housing providers time and money. This led us to search for property management software to offer to our members.
Our search criteria list was extensive. What we found is that many property management software programs can check all the boxes for functionality; however, there are very few that can check the “Ease of Use” box.
After an extensive search, our team chose the most intuitive of all the products that we reviewed. In February 2020, AOA acquired what we believe is a perfect fit for our AOA Members and other housing providers in California. We believe you will be able get the hang of the software right off the bat. There are tutorials when you’re not sure what to do and live support if you need it.
Dan Faller fought alongside Howard Jarvis in 1978 to fight for rent protections for housing providers. For almost 40 years, the Apartment Owners Association of California, Inc. (AOAUSA) has provided California apartment owners with low cost, full-service landlording resources. It has since grown to become one of the largest apartment associations in the United States.
